Anna was very accommodating, she waited in the apartment with the keys and gave me a thorough description of the area, restaurants, transport, maps, places to walk, etc. - better than a hotel concierge! Also very good at communicating and answering questions via the Booking Assistant. Apartment is very nice, it's an older building with creaking floors, but well furnished, fully stocked kitchen, cable, tv, internet, probably twice the size of an average Paris hotel room (which are very small). Also washer, which works very well and a huge bonus. Pretty much everything you need. The location is in the SW corner of Paris. Pretty cool neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, places to walk around. Subway ride to the Louvre is approx. 45 min. - easy connection, but 45 min. and costs $2.00. A taxi ride to the same location is half the time (approx 20-30 min outside of rush hour) and costs $25-30. Get the official taxi app www.g7.fr and you can schedule a taxi from your phone - or you can use Uber. I've been told that during the day it's better to use G7 and during the night Uber - for some reason there are more Ubers at night and more G7 during the day.
