We booked one night here on our cycling trip in France. We loved it! The place is beautiful and every detail is thought through. The host was so friendly and welcoming! She came to us with refreshing drinks at pool and the breakfast was fantastic! Would recommend anyone passing through or visiting S Symphorien.

It was like stepping back in time Room was chintzy & breakfast was so fresh. The owners were really friendly, the son ‘Gregg’ spoke good English & we had a great conversation with him. The property is a credit to the owners & would recommend staying if you’re passing through 🤗

Beautiful Gite set in the forest, so peaceful and relaxing yet close to Callen and Luxey. Stéphane is an excellent host and he went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. We would love to return one day.

This is my second stay at Auberge des Pins as I seem to pass through Sabres during my cycling adventures in the area (this time Pau to Bordeaux mini break). It never disappoints: Bike friendly place, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms with view to green quiet garden/park. And the restaurant is, without a doubt, the best in town!
