We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The entire property was immaculate and very well maintained. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers to relax on throughout the day. Our room was excellent, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with plenty of choice, and the coffee was some of the best we’ve had during our travels. The location is ideal – easy to find, with shops, restaurants, and amenities all within a five-minute stroll. Parking was also very good and made coming and going completely hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful stay from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Quirky room but had everything you need plus a terrace!. Fabulous views from the hotel towards the Pyrenees. Super restaurant (very popular worth reserving table for dinner). Breakfast nice but basic French / Basque, for the money could be a bit more. Nice staff. Dog friendly. Parking OK. NB Problem with GPS for the address, we'd never have found it without a kind local who drove there so we could follow! Just put the village centre into Tom Tom and it will get you there (without using the street name, which took us 5km away!!)

Lovely warm welcome and really accommodating owner and staff. Clean, modern facilities in a great location for playing golf and exploring the area.

This was a lovely hotel in a lovely area. The owner phillipe was lovely. He should be so proud of running this hotel single handed it's a credit to him The breakfast was really nice, the room was large and spacious

We had a lovely stay with fabulous views over the mountains. It’s the perfect location to visit Espelette, la Rhune, St Jean Pied de Port, etc. The swimming pool was a hit with the whole family.

The room was spacious, very clean and designed in fresh colours with a very nice view - and was very quiet during night time. The breakfast was also served in the room on request. The café served a nice choice of small meals and delicious desserts and and a very good choice of beverages in the evening.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is very cute and peaceful, we really recommend staying here if you visit the nearby areas. We would also like to make a special distinction for the breakfast, it was delicious!! Food was homemade and perfectly served.

Beautiful room and well situated in the heart of Espelette

Excellent service, comfortable, excellent breakfasts, location is superb, very central to Espelette and other attractions, self catering option has everything essential and more, Carrefour convenience store is just arround the corner, restaurant available if needed. Very attentive, helpful staff!

clean rooms, very friendly staff

I loved the service and the consideration of the staff when our car failed on the highway. Thank you again.

Nature was great and setting idyllic. Very relaxing. Toiletries of high quality. Overall great experience!

Everything was perfect. Location, nice and professional people, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, quiet place close to the city center. Just a few minutes far from it. Secured parking. Good breakfast.

Well located and a beautiful historic hotel and building. Excellent restaurant.

The way we were received was super warm, made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away, specially how the receptionist was so nice to my dog. They serve fresh made pizzas until late and the common area is very cozy.

Nice and friendly reception staff.

This Hotel was the highlight of our vacation. Staff was fantastic, easy parking, rooms clean, facility in total superb. A lot of details made with passion. Highlight was the breakfast. Good value for money, large and fresh selection if seasonal and regional food. Good weather - have breakfast outdoors and enjoy the stunning view.

The area is very pretty. We had a room with a balcony which was very comfortable and we slept well in the large bed with crisp linen. The view from the balcony was amazing as was the food. Every bit of food we had was delicious and would not be out of place in a top London Restaurant. The whole experience was very special. The nearby town of Espilate was worth a visit. There is a Chilli farm where you can enjoy a tasting and buy local produce. The staff are very approachable and friendly.

Everything was excellent. Laura’s hospitality was second to none. The breakfast is well worth it, with a great variety of locally sourced produce. It’s definitely a top choice for exploring the area, especially for those of us travelling with pets. Pepino was also an excellent host!!

The kindness of our hosts who provide me with an iron board to remove all wrinkles on my dress. Nice rooms Very good breakfast The location, close to Espelette but calm environment
