We arrived very late as our ferry was delayed. The night porter/ person at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Bed was really comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast was perfect. Thanks

No complaints - breakfast was fantastic and friendly - room a little smaller than expected but no problem and would stay again.

The hotel has been renovated very recently and been done very tastefully. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had left a bag on the train and they located the correct website to report it which resulted in my getting it back. The bar and lounge space are welcoming and funky like the rest of the hotel, we enjoyed our cocktails (inlcuding a special request not on their menu) and cheese and meat paltters. The location was brilliant for exploring the city on foot, very handy with eateries, bars and shops very near by but a little bit off the beaten track to be in a quiet location. All the staff spoke English well and tolerated my terrible school French!
