Our room with a park view was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and large. The front desk service was efficient and welcoming. We appreciated the staff parking our car. We used the thermal spa and enjoyed our half hour there. Also the open pool on the 7th floor was a surprise treat. Breakfast was plentiful. Common areas in the hotel (such as the bar and outside terrace) were inviting. We loved the location along the park and riverfront, also the historical park across the street. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay.

Charming little hotel in the heart of Vichy, very clean and great service from the hotel staff, the receptionist showed us the room in detail and offering extra care, to everyone else ensuring our stay is pleasant. Altough the hotel is older and the common areas are a bit run down, the room itself was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, definitely feeling more than 2 stars. The hotel has a charming inside terrace where you can enjoy a drink or meal. Great value for money, highly recommended!

We spent only one night during a transit from CZ to Portugal. The hotel has great location, it was possible to find a parking space on the street around. The staff is superhelpful - just be prepared and have your translator app ready if you speak only English.

This is the first time I have ever given a bad review but I feel that I have no choice but to do so. We had the worst breakfast experience ever after many happy years of traveling. We arrived at 9.15 on a Sunday morning to a dining corner that looked as if it had been ransacked. It was being run by two youngsters one of whom was very sick , coughing up into his hands and rubbing them off his apron. Dropping cutlery in the dirty floor and putting it back in the box for clients. Not replacing food items. No glasses etc., my husband had to go out to the bar to get a glass, we politely asked to speak to a manager and were told that there was no one in charge. We demanded our breakfast money back and eventually a lady at reception took control and made a refund. I’m sure that this is not reflective of IBIS as we had a lovely experience the day before in another of their hotels.
