Room comfortable and quiet, the staff very helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were very good.

Excellent hotel for a stop over on your travels ...great location just off the motorway. The staff were very friendly and food was truly exceptional....a real gem of a hotel. Parking was right outside the room too and a pool in the summer mo ths too!

Location is perfect, parking across the road in the underground car park (except we could not park there due to the christmas market). Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and really looked after us. Breakfast very good too...recommend to anyone who want a nice place to stay and visit, also a good base for the war memorials etc....Room nice and even provided water for us !

Fabulous B &B 👌 Wonderful, friendly staff that made our stay very comfortable and special. Easy walk to the centre of town, clean well-appointed room, exemplary breakfast.

We were upgraded to a superior room, where we enjoyed great comfort. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was adequate and the meals we ate in the restaurant were very good. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help and accommodate us under very trying circumstances. They went out of their way, above and beyond to give us as much assistance as they could and to make our stay in Lens as comfortable as possible. The location was also excellent.
