Kind people and great place to stay the night. Close to the train station connected directly to both Liverpool and Manchester. We didn't use the bar/restaurant, but it seemed to be great to use anyway - would return if staying in region again.

The Bay Horse is convenient for Haydock Racecourse, the M6, local train stations, and it is 16 km from Manchester's Trafford Centre. It offers free unlimited WiFi.
