Located in a tranquil Lincolnshire village on the fringe of the Vale of Belvoir, Allington Manor is a restored Grade II Jacobean building. The B&B offers beautiful, spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. Absolutely beautiful building, run with the love and passion it deserves. Leo could not have done more to make our stay not only comfortable but memorable. With a traditional restaurant, health club with treatment rooms, and free parking, The Olde Barn; Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. The gym, swimming pool, sauna etc are open from 7am to 10pm and was all included in the price so even on a one night stay I was able to make full use of them. It was therefore excellent value. Room was also a very good size.

Located in the historic 12th century market town of Grantham, this hotel was originally a gentleman's residence and Hunting Lodge. Great staff.. we enjoyed a very comfortable and warm stay. We also enjoyed our vegetarian breakfast. The location is very close to the town centre
We stayed at Allington, as we were competing at arena UK, just a 5 min drive away. It was fantastic, easy to come and go in the morning, lovely breakfasts, tea/coffee in the rooms, pleanty of hot water and fresh towels. Leo was on hand at any time and was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would fully recomment.
Set in a small picturesque village with one pub where you can eat, although other restaurants etc are within a short car ride - these are all listed in the information supplied in the rooms. The Lady's Room where we stayed was perfect for a romantic getaway, huge four poster bed with a large roll top bath-tub in the bedroom - with candles supplied also. Lovely full English breakfast, or whatever sort of breakfast is required, is included in the price, & the host Leo is on hand for any requests. The Manor is family run & has been in the same family for years. We will be back for a visit in the summer to experience the lovely gardens & patio area which due to the time of year we couldn't fully appreciate.
Great period property polite helpful owners Leo and Amy. Small village centre location , went to Stamford Lincoln Newark and Ragdale as easy distance for day trips. The welby arms is the local pub in the village.
Lovely place to stay. On arriving I had tea and cakes in my room, by the fire which had just bit lit. The room was clean and it was a delight to stay there. I ate at the local pub, locals very friendly. I visited Belton House, well worth the visit,
Beautiful village setting, quiet, quintessential English countryside. Ate at the village pub which had good choice and reasonable pricing. People very friendly. Manor House stunning inside and out. Great host, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful room.
Fabulous little church, tucked away behind gates. Very handy for the A1, Grantham, Newark, Belton House, and as a stopping-off point for long journeys North and South, being about 100 miles north of London. Nice local pubs/restaurants including the Chequers at Woolsthorpe, the Reindeer at Long Bennington, Langar Hall at Langar and the Welby Arms in the village, walking distance for evening meals. Quite a few National Trust properties in the area, plus Easton Walled Gardens, Belvoir Castle and Rutland Water/Barnsdale Gardens. Great area in itself for a short or longer break.
Absolutely beautiful building, run with the love and passion it deserves. Leo could not have done more to make our stay not only comfortable but memorable. We will definitely be returning and have been spreading the word. By the way - delicious veggie breakfast on offer which even a meat eater would enjoy. Thank you
