Staff were excellent. Facilities were amazing. Food and room also excellent. Nothing to not like.

The receptionist was very helpful in accommodating our early arrival, very much appreciated. The hotel was clean but really would benefit from an upgrade.

The room was lovely; the building was magnificent and there was plenty of parking

Everyone in the staff was AMAZING, super kind and helpful. After 3 days of backpacking around England, I had the best night's sleep! Highly recommend!

Staff members were very nice, room and bathrooms were clean, location was good, there was a bit loud music for the event they had in the building, but it stopped by 11pm so it wasn’t a problem for me at all.

we liked all of the above. Room, breakfast, location, dinner, wonderful staff and very friendly. Beautiful decor and thoroughly recommend for anyone considering a visit to Bradford. Parking on site was an absolute bonus and thoroughly appreciated. Secure parking is essential. Thankyou again we really enjoyed our stay.

Some issues happened when we arrived, and the hotel sorted it out so quickly, and they offered us 2 nights for free instead of paying for 3 nights and free drinks and snacks. The staff were amazing, especially Philip.

A little beautifully decorated parisian gem hidden away in the heart of Ilkley.

Everything. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment we stepped through the door 2.5 hours early. We were attending a wedding so needed somewhere to get changed so they prepared our room for us so we could get settled before leaving for the wedding. The room were very clean and the bed extremely comfortable and breakfast the next morning was exceptional.
