Everything went better than expected. The gardens, building, everything was beautiful and very well taken care of. A special thanks for the breakfast waitress Sukina, she was so friendly and nice with us, and gave great tips for Bath and the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend.

Top notch service from the minute we drove up. Valet car service, bags to the room, refreshment while you get checked in. Very impressive! Even though we had the smallest room it was big and comfortable. Large bathroom and really nice shower! Had a drink on the back terrace in the evening and that was quite nice way to end the day. All in all we felt we got more then we expected at a very reasonable price.

There are limited facilities in Bathford and it really is very basic. We drove around for about an hour on our first night(thursday) looking for somewhere to eat but no availability despite driving for several miles. Would definitely recommend booking before you travel!!

A lovely village with a fabulous community run village shop.

A lovely village with a fabulous community run village shop. The croissants were delicious. There is a good bus service into Bath so we didn't have to take the car and pay for parking which if you could find any spaces they are expensive in Bath. The village is quiet and we found the local residents very friendly. We would have liked to explore the area more but time was against us. We will be back, I'm sure.
