Boasting a bar and views of city, The Liverpool Arms Hotel is set in Beaumaris, 984 feet from Beaumaris Castle. Everything, I have traveled widely across the country of late and this is one of the best. I would recommend it to anyone. The choice of food on the menu is superb, excellently cooked and served by a friendly staff. My thanks to all the staff for an enjoyable stay
Located in Beaumaris, within 328 feet of Beaumaris Beach and 984 feet of Beaumaris Castle, The Bold Arms Hotel provides accommodations with a bar and a garden, and free WiFi. Lovely relaxing room with a big bed! The owner and her family and staff were really welcoming and helpful.
Located in Beaumaris on Anglesey Island, just by Beaumaris Castle, Castle Court is a guest house with bar, terrace facing the castle and shared lounge with TV. Great location, rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were welcoming. We didn’t encounter any problems but im sure they would have solved them as best they could.
With only 9 bedrooms this Georgian town house can offer an attentive, yet unobtrusive service, combining modern amenities with elegant antiquity. Spacious deluxe room with jacuzzi bath and shower, both excellent quality and instant, endless hot water. Friendly, professional and discreet staff, felt very comfortable. Didn’t stay for dinner this time but they do cater for a plant based diet.
On average, 3-star hotels in Beaumaris cost $167 per night, and 4-star hotels in Beaumaris are $187 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Beaumaris can be found for $208 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Beaumaris is goid for a short trip. When in season the high Street is buzzing but the castle and court house worth a visit. Its a good staging for Anglesey as a whole, and even Bangor and Caernafon. It's not somewhere for a long stay, unless you have an agenda, but we love a one ir two night getaway.
Fabulous location. Wonderful views and a nice beach with a pier. The castle was worth exploring. Other areas very easily accessible, esp Stacks Lighthouse and the RSPB reserve. We visited on an unexpectedly glorious day. Views, fresh air and sunshine. Couldn’t ask for more!
The Liverpool Arms and George and Dragon put really good evening meals on both having excellent well cooked food. The coffee shops are very overpriced, good gift shops for buying souvenirs but again expensive.
Beautiful town with bags of charm. Great pubs and good selection of different cuisines for all budgets. Crabbing on the pier, visiting the castle and 20 mins drive to one of the finest beaches in the uk at Newborough. Other great beaches 10 mins away. Great destination for young families and older couples or people who enjoy a peaceful, quiet but splendid little town . The locals are very friendly and accomodating of the summer influx.
Crabbing on the pier is great for kids, as is a boat ride along the Straits. The views of Snowdonia across the water are phenomenal! Note that restaurants and pubs get booked up in advance so do book ahead.
Lovely place to visit. Great new, clean paddling pool near the pier for young children to enjoy. Large car park on the green on the sea front £5 for all day. We stayed in the Bulkley Hotel which we would definitely recommend. The hotel is open to non residents for tea, snacks, afternoon tea, bar and restaurant . So if you’re visiting for the day and looking for somewhere to eat or drink it’s a good place to go. Beaumaris castle and Plas Codnant gardens are both well worth a visit.
The beautiful old manor house is perfect for a large family on a break in picturesque Beaumaris/Anglesey/Menai Straight and even the Snowdonia area. The view of the chrystally green/blue water and accross to Snowdonia is spectacular from the road to Beaumaris and beyond with the summit of majestic Snowdon itself easy to see. The bedrooms were luxurious and the beds were really comfortable with sumptuous duvets, pillows and linen. James and Jen were lovely and on hand to help with anything. I look forward to going again soon.
The apartment is in a great location in Beaumaris just off the Main Street all shops etc are on the doorstep. The apartment was well maintained, very comfortable and clean we couldn’t have asked for better. The hosts where lovely and had left a welcome pack for our arrival so that we where able to enjoy a cup a tea as soon as we arrived. We will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anybody who is thinking of holidaying in Anglesey.
This hotel was immaculately clean and tidy in all areas. The room was spotlessly clean and functional. The staff are the friendliest I have come across in any hotel. I would also advise anyone staying here to book in the restaurant as the food is delightful with a good selection. We are now planning our next visit to Beaumaris and the Liverpool Arms is where we will stay.
No, you wont get all the facilities of a modern hotel, that is not what this place is,. You will get superb value for money, attentive staff, clean comfortable rooms, gorgeous extremely large bed, lovely beer garden, nice selection of beers at the pumps, beautiful decor and convenient location in a pretty town. I would not hesitate to go back.
By far the best guest house in Beaumaris! Nothing was too much to ask and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely property. I have been staying at Beaumaris for years and this is undoubtedly the best accommodation of its type in the village. Rooms were lovely, perfectly situated and the service was absolutely fantastic.
The location of the hotel is amazing, great views, free parking, great selection of food and drinks at the hotel and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. An excellent place to stay with lots of activities near by for everyone. Beautiful hotel building with lots of history. The hotel allows dogs to stay.
Loved the history behind the hotel...Charles Dickens stayed there too...how come no Blue plaque? Only about 200 yards from the castle! Rooms were well kept, staff were excellent and food and drinks were great! Always wanted to stay in Beaumaris and The Bull didn't disappoint...many thanks 🙂
The Castle Hotel was situated in such a beautiful area , with a lovely view of the sea on one side and Beaumaris Castle on the other . I liked the original features inside . Also the staff were accommodating as far as locking my sons bike up in their shed . We were very grateful.
Fabulous little cottage right in the heart of Beaumaris. Had everything we needed for a relaxing few nights away. Full of character and had all the facilities you could want. Beach, shops and dog friendly pubs right on the doorstep. Couldnt recommend enough 😊
An easy going hotel, staff very friendly. Good breakfast and choice, dinner very good. Easy to go out and around Beaumaris with its nice shops and cafes and restaurants. Visiting other parts of North Wales easy to get to .
Fantastic location. Across from the castle and only a couple of minutes walk to seafront Shops right on the doorstep Kitchen & upstairs bedrooms well appointed
Warm welcome by our host. Excellent breakfast and would choose to stay here again on our return to Anglesey.
