Bona varietat de botigues per a un poble petit, CoOp ben proveït. Molts pubs per oferir opcions. Personal molt amable en general. Poble molt bonic. Un riu encantador i ideal per a caminants o ciclistes. A prop del bosc i l'aigua de Kielder.

Ens vam allotjar a The Fountain Cottage and Cafe.

Ens vam allotjar a The Fountain Cottage and Cafe. Allotjament preciós, l'habitació era encantadora, el bany preciós amb una dutxa super. El menjar era deliciós i el personal era molt amable, realment servicial. Sens dubte tornaré. Un poble encantador amb bones rutes de senderisme i una gran selecció de botigues. Molt recomanable.

Un poble molt agradable i acollidor.

Un poble molt agradable i acollidor. Té una cooperativa com a principal proveïdora d'aliments. Fleca, carnisseria, algunes cafeteries, pubs, menjar xinès per emportar. El te al tren va ser una bona experiència És una cafeteria en un vagó estacionari al centre patrimonial. Bellingham és un bon espai per passar l'estona i aconseguir provisions.

Un poble encantador amb tot el que necessitàvem.

Un poble encantador amb tot el que necessitàvem. Cooperativa, farmàcia, forns, salons de te i pubs. Preciós passeig vora el riu i un interessant pati de l'església i un pou/font. Val la pena fer una excursió a la cascada i visitar també el centre d'informació. Bons pastissos a les sales de te dels vagons del tren.

Un poble acollidor amb una bona selecció de restaurants i pubs. El pub Cheviot i la cafeteria Fountain b&b tenien menús variats a preus raonables. A poca distància a peu d'un bonic passeig pel bosc amb cascades. A prop del Pennine Way i una bona base per explorar més lluny.
