We absolutely loved our time at Greshornish House! Wish it could have been longer. After our world wind trip around Scotland we finally had some time to relax. The food was great, especially loved the beetroot soup 💜

Truly exceptional. Everyone on the staff is absolutely delightful. Absolutely gorgeous setting with a beautiful remodel. Bathroom is gorgeous. Beds are comfortable. Dinner is fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay!

A historic building perfectly preserved and updated with all modern facilities backed by excellent service. Beautiful waterfront location. Very good restaurant. If you are looking for top class lodging in Skye, Skeabost is a great choice. Highly recommended.

Very well maintained and cute. Had a lovely assortment of breakfast foods, and the best bathroom of anywhere we stayed in Scotland. A nice big shower, and space I. The bathroom to actually move around. Internet was fast too. And the bed was comfortable

There were no meals other than what you'd find in a mini fridge. It was not a hot breakfast like some offer at B&Bs. But it was clean, comfortable, and the hostess was friendly & accommodating. You need Google Maps to find it; it's on the main road but we missed it and had to backtrack. The TV had a lot to offer.

We loved everything about our stay! We were in The Pantry, which is a one BR unit that has a separate living space and separate kitchen/breakfast area. After traveling for a bit, having three whole rooms plus a bathroom was amazing! There was also a patio with outdoor seating. Everything felt very fresh. Very comfortable large bed. Updated and lovely bathroom. I used the available washer and dryer, both of which worked very well - didn't have to hang any clothes to get them to dry all the way. The property was so beautiful to explore, all the way down to the rocky beach. We saw one of the most stunning sunsets over the water - complete with sheep silhouetted on the ridge! Helen was very kind and welcoming, plus easy to reach for any needs. Portree was not far, 15-20 minutes at the speed we were comfortable driving. Do watch for potholes on Skye generally.

The location was lovely! Given, you kind of need a car to arrive or have to be very sporty to walk to Potree. The location is also good becacuse it is quite central on the island. And Portree has pubs and a supermarket. It is a house in a lovely natural plane with not many other houses around, and you reach it via a dirt road that branches off the small local road. It is the home of a lovely couple who rent a few rooms on the upper floor. The window from our room had such a beautiful highland/wetland/nature view. There was tea/coffee equipment in the room and a fridge outside. The hosts are a super nice couple. They provided a vegan breakfast for us that was nothing short of amazing - thank you for that. And were always willing to help us out.

The pod was quite cozy but had everything we needed. It is located in a very remote area but we were informed to bring our own food being there are no grocery stores nearby but that was not a problem. It was in a perfect location for what we wanted to see in the area. Thank you for a restful night's sleep :-)

Very quiet area mainly small crofts.

Very quiet area mainly small crofts. Nearest shops are in Portree approximately 5 miles away. The local co -op in Portree is well stocked. Unfortunately being November most of the restaurants were only open Friday to Sunday.
