Set in Bibury in the Gloucestershire region, Sycamore has a terrace. The accommodations is 22 mi from Cheltenham, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. I booked Sycamore for my wedding at a Cripps venue, which meant that I was also getting ready there with my bridesmaids, hair and makeup artists and mum. It was absolutely perfect; lots of space, great outside area, beautiful bathroom and shower with large mirror, lovely bedroom and sociable breakfast bar. The owner was lovely and even cleaned the room for us after we left for the venue and tied ribbons around the apartment to make it extra special! It was all just perfect and I am so glad we decided to book here! Highly recommend.
Bothy is located in Bibury. The accommodations is 22 mi from Cheltenham, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. The Bothy has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The care and attention to detail ensures not an inch is wasted. You would need to be able bodied to manage the compact spiral staircase. We have been very happy at The Bothy, it’s very well situated for exploring.
Bibury is a quintessentially chocolate box Cotswold village but unlike quite a lot of them it is quiet rural in its centre and spacious. Quite a few Cotswold villages are clustered together around either the main street or for example a market square but Bibury is so calming and pretty Arlington Row is definitely worth the visit and I would guess walking around the area is fabulous but we didn't get a chance to try However if you wish to have a little bit of something going on ie a choice of restaurants, boutiques and bars then Bibury is not for you
The area around Bibury and the village itself is glorious and well worth a visit. The Cotswolds are renowned for their stunning locations all over the area. Some of the pubs were recommended in a good food guide and were well worth their ratings, such as The Fox at Great Barrington.
We were upgraded to your loveliest cottage. Incredible accomodations! Everyone was friendly and efficient in every detail. The breakfasts were delicious as were the dinners at The Brasserie. We can't say enough. We would do it all again. Thank you!
Beautiful location Crowded with tourists by mid morning, but they all go home by late afternoon so you get the beauty to yourself. Great for exploring the Cotswolds, and Highgrove( Prince Charles & The Duchess of Cornwall’s Gardens) are only half an hours drive away...we’ll worth the visit but you MUST book ahead!
Far too little in-depth information about Bibury. Everything is very superficial and lightly described. It lacks substance (why is Bibury there and why is it important, what was its influence? etc). Make sure you do all the local walks- down along the Coln as well as up it Work your way up the Coln Valley through Fossebridge and Chedworth the the Roman Villa at Chedworth. Cirencester, Bourton-otw and the Slaughters, Burford are all nearby.
It was excellent staff food room and location all exceptional will definitely be visiting again. With the Swan hotel we didn't need to look for anywhere else to eat,the staff were very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel was second to none I thought we were in an upgraded room and was surprised to learn it was a standard room very very good, the surrounding area is absolutely stunning.
