Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. The owner was very attentive and friendly. It felt very relaxed and easy going. We got lots of suggestions for places to visit. Room was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was very nice and waitress was lovely. Very reasonable price for what you get!

Lovely hotel situated close to the Galloway Forest. Room was very spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries. Bath robes were also supplied. Pool area was was clean and very relaxing. Dinner menu was slightly limited if you were staying a few days, but food was very nice.

Great hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and warm, which was great this time of year. Beds comfortable. Tea, coffee, biscuits in room.. Easy to locate from road. Food amazing, good selection. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
