The hotel was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here. The room have working air conditioning, the staff is friendly, and there is an onsite restaurant. I wish we had more time here to use the spa and gym. The grounds were beautiful and it is walking distance to a grocery store. We will definitely book the hotel again when we are in town! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

All ...we will always be back. We love the suites, so comfy and cosy Have stayed before and will be again... There is enough room for my grandchildren to run and burn off energy.....in beautiful gardens.....beside the bar/eating areas.

I liked the fact that the bedroom was spacious with everything we needed without frills. The radiator was working and there was also a heater available. This was important because the weather was very cold outside.

The Yacht club is a 2 min walk to the centre of Hambel, with all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern and very clean. The next day, I had to go to Mercury Marina to pick up my boat, which was a 15 min walk. The bar was very lively and it has also a large terasse with view on all the boats. The bar in Riverside House is very friendly and does some quite nice cocktails! :)

Location was close to an event. Options for food in the surounding area were decent, nothing to do with the hotel though. Booking.com handled our refund quickly.

Amazing place, so well thought out in every way including milk station, under bed storage and staff have obviously been well trained and luvlee with it. Food amazing, very comfortable beds ✔️✔️

Lovely hotel catering well for families. We loved using the pool and kids room. Staff very helpful and friendly. This was an excellent base for visiting Paultons. Beds were comfy and room clean other than some small dirt around bath. The rest of the hotel was beautiful.

It has everything you could need with warm welcome and comfortable beds and surroundings. The staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Breakfast for a king!!

We were in Swanwick Marina working on a newly purchased boat and the hotel was well place to stay in between the two days. Very clean - very friendly and the pub (owned by the same people) was a very excellent location for a high quality straightforward meal after a hard day of work

The place is beautiful, bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice too, and there's a sauna you can use. They provide towels for the pool. Breakfast was good too, and has a restaurant and bar you can dine in.

Ideally placed just off the Motorway but far enough away to be quiet

Great location, walking distance to west quay. Our room was really big with a super king bed and honestly the most comfortable mattress ever so slept really well which was great. I would definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

I loved the hotel, I found it very cozy, and the staff made me feel very comfortable.

Simple and extremely effective. This always gets top marks for me. Convenient and easily accesible. Remote assistance was impeccable. Situated a short distance from the heart of the city, it allowed for easy access to the nightlife. Have booked twice before, never a dissapointment.
