A clean, spacious room with tea making facilities. Perfectly located next to the railway station and close to city centre facilities. The staff were courteous and friendly and gladly stored my luggage on departure. The breakfast is simple , but more than adequate. There is some residual noise due to the location, nothing that earplugs couldn't control. 20 minute walk from Trent Bridge. Overall excellent value.

This conference hotel on the university campus was a pleasant surprise. Our room was well appointed, with very good amenities and huge and comfy bed. The restaurant food was of a surprisingly high standard, with excellent service from waiting staff. Particular thanks go to Cordelia, her friendly and knowledgeable approach made our meal a delight.

It was comfortable and near everything. The room was also clean.

We got a free upgrade to a suite and were able to check in much earlier. The room was very clean and included a lot of nice amenities. The tram was nearby as well as other important facilities.

I wish I'd found this little gem sooner having been working in the area for a while. Such a beautiful building, a wonderful greeting as I arrived and all the staff were absolutely lovely. My room and bathroom were spacious and so comfortable and clean, and the homemade pies in the evening and breakfast in the morning were delicious. I am in the process of booking again for my next stay.

Amazing room in a fantastic building. The signature room was great; tons of space and very classy decor. The bar was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

friendly staff, good bar and restaurant, good size room and comfortable bed. And also, walking distance from train station.

The cleanliness of the entire building, communal areas, hall ways and the room was incredible. The young ladies that were cleaning should be commended, not only are the doing an outstanding job, but they do it with a smile and were extremely helpful when asked any questions.

All I can stay is that the whole visit was perfect and we would certainly stay and recommend this hotel.
