Hotels near Burnham

Loved the rural setting and peace and quiet, but a bit too far away from site for me. Room was far too hot, and windows only opened by an inch so not much sleep at all. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but this wouldn’t be my first choice to stay. Would recommend to others just to see what their opinion would be, as the setting is fabulous.

The room had a sofa bed for my youngest son. I would have expected that the sofa bed was already set up. No-one offered to set it up. It was difficult to do that. We gave up and my son slept on the sofa.

We had a family birthday with afternoon tea while we were staying there. The afternoon tea was good and service excellent. The staff here are really very good.We didn't feel rushed and had plenty of time to talk. There were 11 of us and plenty to eat! We drove into Windsor which was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Nice hotel with good sized room for family of 3, with added bonus of a pool. We visited Peppa pig land, Windsor castle and Hampton court palace. All were within a reasonable distance to travel from our hotel. Local village of Burnham ok for necessities.

Insecure car park. Thief break into my car, smashed window and stole my tools. CCTV didn't work, car park has easy access to the public, dark. There was break in to other car the same night. Staff was very helpful but I can't afford the losses. Stopped there many times for business purposes but will not stay again. You need to improve security to the car parking!

I went for a wedding at Hedsor House so l was out all Saturday. Breakfast was brilliant the choices was great, l do not eat pork but l had a different hot breakfast every morning. Bedroom was clean, l bit hard getting the hot water under control but my husband had to sort out the hot and cold water for me every time l wanted a shower The cleaner kept forgetting to replace our glasses which l had to inform reception about... but all that is minor things happen (this cost you a star) We did not get the time to use all of the facilities but it was there if we wanted too. Had bar / room service dinner which was very nice
