Located just 10 minutes' drive from Thorne, The Bay Horse Accommodations is close to many local motorway networks, including the M18, M180, A9, and the A1. Booked the bay horse as a stop over on the way to a music festival. Checking in was really easy and quick. Sarah was friendly and welcoming and only a text away. The room was clean, quiet and well stocked with tea and coffee and towels. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge and microwave in the room. An added bonus was the Indian restaurant opposite which served the best takeaway we've had in ages. We booked a dog friendly room so were grateful that the accommodation is surrounded by greenery. The village of Snaith is only a stones throw away.

Located in Pollington, 15 miles from Doncaster, Fir Tree Barn has a garden and free WiFi. We had an excellent stay. We had requested cooked vegetarian breakfast and was told they only do continental. Iain then requested us to to get booking in another hotel as his hotel does not provide cooked food at this time. Though one can fry eggs kept in fridge. He even suggested the names of hotel nearby who do cooked breakfast. But we decided to stay in this hotel and were amazed by how many different types of breakfast dishes/varieties were available. Notably the fruit box was the most stunning and tasty. It was very fresh and tasty. The room was very clean and as well attached bathroom. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back to stay if we come again. Iain, the owner was very helpful. He greeted us on arrival and return. Car is also safe in the parking. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
