Megfelelő méretű szoba (8 m2), nagy fürdőszobával (mosdó, kád, ablak). A szobában volt vízforraló, tea, instant kávé, cukor kávétejszín. A központi fűtést bekapcsolták a hűvös idő miatt. A parkolás ingyenes az épület előtt.
