The room was much bigger then expected. Had a dated but i was still nicely suprised by the and clean and neat. Dispite it been above a pub it wasnt too noisy. Food in restrant cheap but nothing special but ya wont go Hungary. Staff are lovely. Location is gab if ya like walking. Bit of a walk in to center but its a lovely walk along sea front. Boating lake sttaight across rd which is nice to jog in. Cheap and well worth the money. Best if stayed in in cleethorpes. Will be coming again.

I was down for the football on a Tuesday night. It’s very well situated to all the bars & takeaways in cleethorpes high street, 5 minutes from the train station & a 15 minute walk to the ground Communication was excellent. Very nice room, with great facilities; fridge, microwave & sink. En-suite was excellent Would put a few of the chain hotels to shame. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Beautiful stay, very well decorated bedrooms! Maria was a fabulous host! Nothing was to much trouble, gave us lots of ideas about what to do around Cleethorpes. Delicious breakfast one of the best B&B’s we have stayed in & we have stayed in a lot! If your looking for a lovely stay right next to the seafront then this is the place for you!

The host was amazing, telling both me and my partner where the best places to eat were, where the cheapest and nearest places were also. The hotel was stunning, really clean and comfortable and so homley. Was an amazing weekend and highly recommended this hotel to anyone. Centeral to the main strip of cleethorpes and nothing bad to say about it.

Best Breakfast in 10 years. Five stars! Super clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. A really enjoyable stay and I would be delighted to visit again. I feel like I have made 2 new friends as well as having a really memorable visit to Cleethorpes.

Hotel did their best amidst the Covid situation by providing 'packed light breakfast' bags to the room. Executive Room was very clean, bright and airy with good facilities. Good location close to all Cleethorpes amenities but still out of the way.

A little confusing . when you arrive at the address given you are directed to the Dovedale hotel across the road that being said though we thought the hotel was fabulous . the staff were helpful and the location was ideal

everything , staff are brilliant couldn't fault the hotel or staff in anyway. Great location easy reach of everything i could need or want . The poached eggs are pure perfection and i fully recommend them.

It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and close to the seafront and amenities. The hostess was charming and most welcoming.
