Loved it. Very clean and nice staff.

Lovely big room on the top floor. King size bed, large smart tv, Chair and footstool, wardrobe with hangers, ironing board and iron. Coffee and tea making facilities, really warm and quiet room, amazing shower and bathroom. £155.80 for 3 nights. . It doesn't get much better being honest. Bar downstairs, live music and disco till late, first come first served free car park which is locked at night.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and exceptionally professional and kind. Room was so clean and the bed was an absolute pleasure and so comfortable.

Stayed overnight, had a spa booked for next day. Had dinner it was fabulous and breakfast was amazing so much choice. Spa and leisure facilities were brilliant and all stay were fantastic. Will definitely be returning

The room was great large bed and very clean. We had breakfast there which was exceptional for £9.95 per person. Lovely and hot and could have as much as wanted. Overall experience was fantastic

The staff was excellent. I came in late and let early, so that was the only interaction I had and he was very helpful and lovely with my pet

Our flight was delayed on the way back they said it wasn't a problem checking in late

The location is excellent: just at the opposite site of airport extrance; and also not far from NEC center and train station.

Very close to the airport. Bed was comfortable. Very clean and modern. Facilities were provided like mini fridge, kettle. I was a perfect.

I recommend the Hilton hotel for its welcoming and caring staff. I stayed only one night to be near the airport for an early flight. Although I missed breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway box for me. The room was spacious, and I was pleased by its convenience.

cleanliness, room well-appointed - although it would have been nice to have a hair dryer. also, is there a pressing iron available ? we were attending a wedding at Shustoke Barn and an iron would have been helpful

The castle hotel has a gorgeous English garden. With heaps of tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast buffet was handy to have in the morning, a beautiful fountain outside with a cute grass robotic lawn mower. It was fun to watch it do it's job and I liked our room especially how spacious the bathroom was. We loved our stay!
