Ideal location for visit to family in the Westbridgeford area for 3 nights bed and continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food and accommodation also excellent. We would recommend the Gamston Lock to family and friends.

Great location, big carpark, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. All staff were really friendly and polite, starting from reception through the cleaning staff and restaurant and bar people. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Almost everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff were brilliant, the pool was nice and the other leisure facilities gave a real luxury element to the hotel. Not too far away from local town - about 20 minutes walk. Didn't eat in the restaurant but did have a few drinks in the bar, and it was all great. Will defo go back again!

From the moment we arrived, Libby in reception was so helpful and lovely and was so throughout our stay. Also, Kelsie Dawes was amazing in the bar as we arrived early she was so accommodating from early cappuccinos to lunch such a lovely girl. We had a great stay overall. Great location.
