The vacation home features city views and is 28 miles from Whitley Bay.... Beautiful comfy, cosy cottage with a modern feel in quite possibly the best location you could wish for. The cottage was warm, light and we really felt at home. The books, games and information packs were a lovely touch that we found very useful. The comfiest bed I think I’ve ever slept in. The village was lovely with everything we would ever need with the friendliness and chattiest people in the shops, pubs and restaurants. Corbridge was steeped in history with old pubs, antique and vintage shops, the striking historic bridge over the Tyne but with the modern bakery, delis and shops makes it the perfect location. The host was lovely with regular contact and supplies left for us that we hardly needed to shop. The welcome gifts were a thoughtful touch, looking forward very much to coming back in the future.

The best location and facilities we have enjoyed for many a year. The hosts had gone out their way to provide everything we would need and the decor and fittings were immaculate. The hosts were friendly and available and lived in the main cottage/house with a garden ( we could roam)that gave access to the river and its views. Stunning sunsets. River walks a doddle and just across the road.
