What a property, amazing experience staying at this 10/10 property. Location is stunning has great views with a bonus of a hike on either side of the property, the property has a lot of features that cannot be described in writing nor pictures. The fire pit, bbq area, games room, the views form part of a great trip & experience. You may not even need to leave the property to enjoy the area. The hosts are very kind & helpful. Highly recommended property if you’re visiting Snowdownia & great value for money, you may be pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of the property.

We couldn't have picked a better stay for our anniversary! Taking a bath outside while it lightly snowed, then heading up to the cozy cabin that was nice and toasty from the log burner, was a fantastic start to the morning before going on some local hikes. The room was cozy and well-lit, the kitchen had all the essentials and was perfect for meals for 2, and the bed was so comfortable I had to check the label on the mattress so that I could eventually get one of my own! I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the porch and seeing the stars out during the night. A wasp managed to sneak inside, but Benjamin, one of the hosts, kindly interrupted his dinner to save it and let it free outside. Location, facilities, and hosts 10/10! The only thing I'd say to be conscious of is that the sink is outside, so make sure youre okay with chilly fingers if you're doing the washing up outside in winter!

We were pleasantly surprised to see the bed for our daughter already put up in the room. The staff made us feel welcome,even more since we had two dogs,a loud child and some quirks about breakfast. The room itself was clean and It's true, there is no television in the room but we didn't need one as staying in the room and watching tv was not the purpose of our visit to Wales. The place is a very good starting point for daily trips around the Welsh countryside and Ape sanctuary, Llandudno,Cemlyn Reserve, Foel farm Park, Snowdonia,....Will return if opportunity comes to that. The food was great,eggs made it to Slovenia 😄

Rich feeling rooms, nicely done up but still with historic feel. Amazing music room downstairs, felt like we were in Downton Abbey. They also gave us a free suite upgrade which was very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gwel y Brym Cottage, and I must say, it was the perfect accommodation choice for my holiday. This charming cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the cottage is simply fantastic, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The cottage is located in the heart of the countryside, making it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of my stay was the opportunity to explore the great walks around the area. The countryside is truly beautiful, and I was able to take in the stunning scenery while enjoying a leisurely walk. Overall, I cannot recommend the cottage enough. It is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a beautiful location. If you are planning a holiday, I highly recommend this accommodation - it truly has everything you need for the perfect break!
