Perfect location we visited friends at linlithgo short drive, took in the Kelpies at Falkirk. Next day traveled short drive along the coast to St Andrews upper Largo & beach at Leven. 3rd day travelled Dundee, Broughty Ferry and Arbroath for Smokies . Food in hotel was very good , clean linen, staff very friendly and being able to have our wee dog with us was excellent.😎

The fisherman’s flat is in a lovely little town of broughty ferry about 10 mins out of the centre of Dundee. The flat is right on the banks of the river and is 2 mins walk to all the local amenities. Lots of local and independent restaurants, boutiques and food stores. The flat is well equipped and comfortably furnished. John the owner was really helpful - this is a great find

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The Hotel is situated right in the heat of the city, yet remains very quiet and peaceful. Parking onsite was good to have although there was a£6 charge for this. Only a five minute walk from the main shopping mall in Dundee. Good news for the weary shopper!

Older traditional hotel, worn here and there but clean and friendly, lovely high ceilings. Perfect location for V&A, Discovery and city centre shops. Its next door to the Dundee Contemporary Arts centre, with on site parking, so we could leave the car and walk, internet very good.

One of the best hotel stays we've had for quite some time, at an amazing price. The conversion of the old mill into hotel suites has been done extremely well, very tasteful and trendy. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen area has all you need to self cater if you want to.

The warm welcome and dog friendly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything ensuring your needs are met. They also provide a dog bed and bowls depending on the rooms chosen. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dundee 🤗

The location of the hotel was exceptional and with the reasonable price, were the two reasons that made me book it! Very clean and modern room, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The stuff was kind and helpful! Highly recommended!

The modern, quirky property reflected the history of Dundee and didn’t seem cookie-cutter-ed like many chain hotels do. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms were perfectly clean.

The hotel is in a very good location. Good security and very spacious room (Double), the breakfast was good lots of variety to choose depending what you like.

From the time I entered the hotel everything was just right, accommodation, services, staff, and food. If I return to Dundee it will be to the Apex Hotel.

Lovely hotel with a good restaurant. The gluten free menu was amazing! The location was good with easy connections to Dundee city centre.

The hotel is central for getting out and about. The train station is just up the road if you want to go into Dundee or other places.
