White Lilac Cottage is an historic traditional Welsh cottage with views of the mountains, located in the vilage of Brynsiencyn, Isle of Anglesey. Great view of snow topped mountains. Lovely homely feel with added touches from the hosts. Not far from Newborough Beach which is a must see if in the area.
Located in Dwyran in the Gwynedd region, Gwenallt features a patio and garden views. Set 2.7 mi from Anglesey Sea Zoo, the property offers a garden and free private parking. The property was great, it had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for two families, 4 adults and 3 kids. Great time had by all for a great price 😄
Didn’t actually go to village itself but location is very handy for Model Village & Cafe, Sea Zoo, Newborough Warren, Plas Newydd, Nature reserves and numerous walks to ancient historic landmarks and beaches.
The cottage was clean and well kept and in a peaceful setting with a patio and lovely garden at the back. We were given a thoughtful welcome pack of Artisan bread Welsh cakes butter jam milk tea coffee and sugar. The power shower was brilliantI! It was a great base for us to visit from.
This place was where we needed to be as our family were camping close by . It is situated away from any towns so you have to have a car and be prepared to travel. Views of Snowdonia were lovely though and the walks on the dunes were good.
There is so much in the area that we ran out of time and are planning a return visit. There is little in the way of nightlife, or anything else for that matter, in the immediate vicinity so transport is essential. The hosts will cook and evening meal if required and is good home cooked food.
We really enjoyed Newborough a lovely sandy beach great for walking. You do need your own transport to get around and enjoy all that the area has to offer. We had our evening meal at the farmhouse which was very convenient.
This property is a great find. Its a little out of the way so its very quiet and peaceful. Amazing beaches nearby and plenty of takeaways in nearby Llanfairpg if you dont fancy cooking. The garden is spectacular!
