The house was large and comfortable for our party of 7 . The quiet location was excellent for our cycling tour of the area over two days and we could store our bikes in the conservatory area. Lovely large farmhouse kitchen with large dining table adjacent . Comfy lounge to relax in during evenings and plenty of bath rooms . The house is full of the hosts images of her family life there over the years and these give the place an exceptional homely feel and atmosphere.

we had a great stay here. the room was lovely and nicely appointed. A glass and bottle of water on each nightstand was a really nice touch. breakfast was wonderful and staff was very friendly. we would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location, room was nice and warm on such a cold day. Was nice to stay right an excellent pub. Pub was fantastic, great choice of beers. Will definitely stay here again if I am seeing anything at the Chichester Festival Theatre.
