Absolutely everything. Incredible. Especially given my special requests, the team on the other end of any messages or contact doing their best to help me, even when I had to move the booking slightly by two days - no fuss, so helpful, incredible.

erfectly located near the theatre which was the purpose of our stay. Despite being a little dated the hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was comfortable and well equipped.

A very nice hotel with a great staff. When we arrived I told my name and was given a package with our key, WiFi password and breakfast information immediately, everything was ready. The staff helped us bring our bicycles to a storage room where they were locked overnight. Dinner was excellent! The wait staff were very nice. The photographs in the bar area are worth a visit alone.

The room exceeded our expectations! We had an amazing view of the sea, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. There were wonderful breezes, and we enjoyed sitting by the window looking out! The staff were extremely helpful.

I noticed the comfortable ambiance as soon as I entered the foyer and the welcome I got from Alicia was warm. She first let me unpack my car then sorted out the parking. Once parked she sorted my room key etc. I felt at home. Throughout my stay she and the other staff were friendly and helpful. When I needed an early start and would miss breakfast Alicia arranged a packed lunch instead. The night porter had it ready as I left and when I returned Alicia checked I had received it. Special mention to the restaurant staff who went out of their way to be helpful as well. Oh yes, I had my dog with me and she was fussed and made welcome too We walked the Seven Sisters together.

Warm Friendly staff Good value for money !

It’s a roomy vintage hotel, and the manager was kind enough to upgrade my room since it was available. They have two sitting rooms in the ground floor, an elevator, a nice dining room where they serve breakfast, including eggs & sausage if you wish. Their dining room is open on weekends, but I missed that, so no review for that. It’s a very short walk to the beach, which is lovely. Plus the sightseeing bus has started to run for the season.

Location was great, room was large, quiet. Owner was very nice and gave us choice of room.

Good location with close beach access. Also close to a grocery store. Beds are clean. Cheap street parking via hotel parking permit.

The person at the reception was really pleasant and helpful. Closeness to the beach is a definite plus, but wasn't really important to us. Cleanliness is on a good level.

Historic property (the elevator is quite old, really cool to ride it) and big rooms with high ceilings. The bathroom is quite large as well. Everything was clean, there's also a fridge in the room if you need it (but it was quiet). Very friendly staff, always up for a chat or recommendations what to do or where to go. There's a breakfast option available, which we didn't use. We however used the small icecream cart at the entrance. The hotel is directly at the promenade. It doesn't have it's own parking, however you can park for 2 £/day on the street with an H-card and you only need it Mo-Sat from 8-18. We never had any issue finding a parking spot.

We had a great room with a view on the water, boulevard and the pier . The room was super clean with a king size bed and very large bathroom - also very clean with shower and bath . Great facility
