The member of staff at the (24/7) reception was very friendly. Our room was spacious and well-designed (nothing got in the way , and the small but modern bathroom still gave you enough room to move.) The decoration was simple but tasteful. The bed was fine. Floor was nice and the furniture matched the floor. Everything was clean. There is no breakfast facility but there is a kettle and tea/coffee/biscuits in the room, and there is a large pub across the street serving good value breakfast (open 08:00n until late) along with cafés and restaurants

I liked this property a lot. Small but not tight. Small amount of rooms means there isn’t a ton of traffic.

I loved how secluded and quiet the location was. The shower was nice and hot. The host provided tea, coffee, juice, milk, and even Toast and spread every day.

Very nice room with convenient well-lit desk for work. Opening window (for fresh air). Superb breakfast, with tea made in a proper teapot!! Handy parking immediately by main entrance. Convenient for North London.

Such a nice hotel, beyond my expectations. The building is beautifully finished to a high standard, modern and clean throughout. The bedroom is clean as well as the bathroom and the mattress is comfy. Photos do not fully reflect how beautiful this place is, you would be amazed to discover such a beautiful gem in a nice area in east London. Beautiful location, staff so helpful especially both managers. Delicious homemade treats left in the room. Very comfy & cosy room with everything you would need . The restaurant also has a great menu and we had most things from it. Would definitely recommend. Well done guys had a great stay.

Breakfast was with hot and cold dishes with just about everything one could desire.

The staff and the facilities were great, it was very great and with good transportation connection. Besides, there are a lot of restaurants out there, so you have many choices to eat.

The bunk layout was well done providing privacy. Check in was great and included tour of facilities.

Everything It's 5 minutes walk from the train station .It's 25 minutes to central . The place is just amazing , in only 20 minutes you have forgotten about the noise and the horns and the rush the traffic , the pollution ....you're in the middle of the nature . It's peaceful and quiet ,all that you need after a week of big city life !! I Arrived at the property 00:00 at night worried if I'm going to find the property if someone going to be still in the reception ; From the moment I stept out of the train ,within 10 minutes I was in my room , more accessible and faster than in central London sometimes !!! I highly recommend !!!

Just what we wanted in terms of location. Clean and comfortable.

Although the room was separated from the private use bathroom via a shared hallway this was not an inconvenience. The private sole use bathroom facility was modern and very well equipped. The room, bathroom and entrance all used digital code access, and one felt very secure throughout the stay. Excellent kitchen for shared use with a second studio (whihc had its own ensuite). Located a 2 minute walk to North Finchley bus station from where a short bus ride connects to Finchley Central and fast and regular underground to Central London. Loads of late night eateries, shops and bars available after midnight for use after returning late. Access on the gound floor, with no steps anywhere, to a main door on the street is very convenient. Wi-Fi worked well.
