I can not say enough good things about our stay here. I originally had a booking at The Roxburgh in Berwick Upon Tweed. Two days before our trip, the management emailed me and told me the rates had changed. My cost would now be triple what I had booked at 8 months prior. I wasn't going to be taken advantage of seeing the current price when I looked on Expedia, was the rate I had booked at. So I went on Booking and found this property. I'm so glad things played out the way they did. Reece, the owner of the caravan, is an incredible man. He was more than happy to have us even at such short notice. His caravan is beautiful and extremely clean. It looked like we were walking into a brand new property. The caravan has views of the North Sea and is on a beautifullot in a gated park. There's a deck attached with a table and chairs. It's a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a nice cup of tea or glass of wine. The home is equipped with everything you need if you want to be budget friendly and cook your own meals. There's even an air fryer. The TV has several channels to choose from. I didn't check them all out. We didn't watch that much TV with such beautiful scenery around us. We did watch some Netflix, though. There's a washing machine in the kitchen, plus the property itself has laundry facilities. You did need coins for the machines in the laundry room. If you're traveling with kids, there's a play area on the property. The village itself is stunning. There's a beautiful beach, several restaurants, and one of the best bakeries I've ever been to. Most restaurants and pubs stop serving food at 8 pm. There's one place open until 10 or 11. They have pizza, kabobs, and fish and chips. Again, you have a perfect stocked kitchen, so you can always cook something if you miss dining hours in the restaurants. I cannot wait to return to Scotland so I can stay here again.

The “glamping pod” was a beautiful build, superb workmanship, brilliant amenities, serene location and Morag was a delight to interface with. Our landing in country had not gone smoothly so we were a bit frazzled. Her energy and thoughtfulness made those memories disappear. I would highly recommend this this property.

A beautiful little town with wonderful and friendly people. The Eyemouth Fort and Dual canons was a beauty. The views were fantastic and easy to reach there too. There are so many pubs and restaurants all around so there was always fun. Additional beauty were those Seals :)

Eyemouth has a charm all of its own.

Eyemouth has a charm all of its own. The people I met were all very friendly and helpful, The "resident" seals were an added bonus, and getting to feed them was a real joy. You can get a really good Hot Kipper Roll at the same time, or any other seafood treat of choice. Lots of walking paths in and around surrounding areas. The Fish and Chip shop on the Quayside does really good food , and the Ice cream shop next to it is not to be missed. Would recommend for a short stay.

Found some good restaurants and take away options were excellent too - just check closing tiimes as it was earlier than I'm used to! Various things to do, good coastal walks. Handy small beach but you need to be ok with a few steps here and there.

It was a lovely place, a step back in time where everyone is friendly, the place is quaint and there’s everything you need from small shops like a local bakery etc, no big shopping centre, and that’s the way it should stay. Too much beauty to put in writing, see for yourself, we went on a budget and got much more than we bargained for.

Eyemouth is a small town, set. in the Berwickshire countryside. Eyemouth per-se has a pleasant harbour, with seals, and bird-life along the cliffs and on the sea. The nearby attractions are St Abbs nature reserve, and Berwick-on-Tweed just over the border ( a 20min bus-ride from Eyemouth Centre ). Other than that one should expect to travel much further to see other attractions, so expect to drive. Eyemouth itself has relatively few restaurants and Cafés, and of those the Ship stands out for an excellent and interesting menu at very reasonable prices.

It is an old town with pretty wynds and old houses. I was there on a Saturday evening and Sunday so the shops were not open but a number of places to eat were. Everyone was very friendly and in the evening after dark as a woman alone, I felt quite safe there. the harbour is a delight as it is still a working place and not just a museum. I was visiting family so did not enter any of the 'amusements though I noticed that Guns Green house was closed for refurbishment.

Do not be put off by curb appeal! If you need a base to explore the area then the Eyesleepover more than ticks the box. It is easily accessible from the A1, a short stroll into Eyemouth and an ideal location to get to the wedding venue of Netherbyres House. There is plenty of free parking on site. Alex and his team could not do more to make you feel welcome. Check in and out were effortless. They provided an iron and ironing board. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the showers are hot and powerful.

Great room overlooking harbour. Fishing boats still operating out of Eyemouth. Room clean and comfortable, with everything necessary for a good night. Owners very friendly and helpful. Lots of picturesque countryside around and quaint/interesting places to visit in area. Great, quiet roads for cycling. Unfortunately the property doesn't do breakfast, but that was understood on booking and there are other local cafes/restaurants for this.

Really spacious and comfortable apartment right in the centre of Eyemouth's old quarter. All the facilities you need - shops, pubs, restaurants, public transport. - are literally on the doorstep. It was a perfect base from which to walk sections of the Berwickshire Coastal Path
