Pretty village with great friendly local pub serving good food a short walk from our accommodation.(The Queens Head) Convenient location for accessing lovely places such as Holkam ,Salthouse. Favorite places to eat were the Dunn Cow,Salthouse, Cookies Crab house ,Salthouse and excellent authentic thai at the Ordinance arms ,Guist.

Foulsham is a small village, accessed by narrow country roads, very peacful and picturesque, but with few facilities. There is a church, and a pub - The Queens Head, but this is closed on a Monday, and only serves food Thursday - Sunday as far as we could gather. There is no shop in the village itself.

Welcoming, interesting, and friendly hosts with excellent knowledge of the area. Comfortable and tranquil location -an excellent position to explore North Norfolk. Would stay there again definitely next time we are in that region of the country.

It was a lovely little village, we didn't use that many of it's amenities though, as we were meeting up with friends regularly who were staying in Guist. Would certainly recommend staying at the Stables - Karena is a fantastic host.

If you don't mind driving to get anywhere then the location of Foulsham is great. The village itself has a village store and pub only which are just over a mile from the cottage. You are only a short drive from Reepham for more shops. Or Dereham and Fakenham for supermarkets. Norwich, Wells and Sheringham are not to far away either.
