Fabulous clean friendly hotel excellent value for money food was amazing

Extra special and very quaint. The garden was wonderful. But the restaurant was the gem! The people are great and the food was amazing

We always stay here when visiting family locally, the staff are always very helpful and accommodated a few requests we had. Good value for money and excellent location for easy access to the local Metro Centre shopping complex and the main city of Newcastle upon Tyne

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional the rooms were immaculate and absolutely huge.

Wonderful staff ,great location, close by the river , city center about 10 minutes walk , and attractive spots .

The best hotel so far flannels are nice bath has hand rail andinstructions for switching on TV shower etc loved photograph on wall, curtain are great at keeping room dark phones all over and no door slamming nice staff.tons of pillows.and mini fridge to cool water.

Fabulous in every way. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, close to train station, restaurants & bars. Right on the river, next to a contemporary gallery with bookshop & restaurant. Staff & especially housekeeping, who were thoughtful and kind, as I was in dire need of quiet & solitude (due to working in healthcare). My 2nd stay & cannot recommend it enough. Restaurant, bar, outside terrace beautifully designed, menu & breakfast out of this world.

Lovely attentive young lady on reception desk who took an interest in the purpose of our visit, gave us recommendations for a restaurant and remembered us when we came to collect our bags she asked us about our visit.

Everything was amazing, bed was comfortable, everything was clean, they gave us coffee and tea. Bathtub was a good thing to relax in our stay! 100% recommended :)

The rooms were stylish with dark decor and very comfortable beds. The staff were very hospitable and friendly especially Kevin. Good location.
