Great staff, lovely terrace, lovely location. Highly recommend the pizza restaurant just a short walk away

The Yacht club is a 2 min walk to the centre of Hambel, with all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern and very clean. The next day, I had to go to Mercury Marina to pick up my boat, which was a 15 min walk. The bar was very lively and it has also a large terasse with view on all the boats. The bar in Riverside House is very friendly and does some quite nice cocktails! :)

We were in Swanwick Marina working on a newly purchased boat and the hotel was well place to stay in between the two days. Very clean - very friendly and the pub (owned by the same people) was a very excellent location for a high quality straightforward meal after a hard day of work

I was curious to see what The Bugle was like under new management I was pleasantly surprised. Staff and landlord very friendly and helpful.

Great location, walking distance to west quay. Our room was really big with a super king bed and honestly the most comfortable mattress ever so slept really well which was great. I would definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

Simple and extremely effective. This always gets top marks for me. Convenient and easily accesible. Remote assistance was impeccable. Situated a short distance from the heart of the city, it allowed for easy access to the nightlife. Have booked twice before, never a dissapointment.

Amazing place, so well thought out in every way including milk station, under bed storage and staff have obviously been well trained and luvlee with it. Food amazing, very comfortable beds ✔️✔️

Botleigh was so beautiful and historic, the room was beautiful, the view from the window was stunning! I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there. If we are ever in Southampton again, it will be our top choice!

The food - breakfasts were always excellent and I had an absolutely incredible makhani curry! The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were all excellent. Fantastic value for money. Great location for West Quay, cruise ships or just a general visit to Southampton.

Staff, ice cold air conditioning and lobby. After a horrible experience at another hotel I called them to see if they had availability last minute. They welcomed us with open arms and settled our tired family in for the weekend perfectly.

They gave my 12 year old an unreasonable amount of left over free pastries. She embarrassingly ate them all, and still brings it up.

Is a very nice place to stay. Facilitys are great, food is amazing. Soap was from Ritual... very good choice.

The White Star has a great location with many restaurants and a snappy night life. The building is 200 years old and beautifully maintained. The bathrooms are very modern and the rooms are large with comfortable furniture. Amazing.

It was in a great location, easy to walk around to the sights of Southampton and cruise ship terminal across the street. Also a great mature green space right across the street. It had a great fun and unique vibe, clean, modern, funky and vibrant! Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, large bathrooms, good lighting and blackout curtains.

it was everything you needed in comfort location to port and town very very clean, staff very helpful, only thing missing which is a easy chap fix is scales to weigh cases as this is always a last min reassurance check we all like to do.
