Braelea was exactly what I was looking for. It felt quite isolated but still accessible to the local towns and easy to get to from Sumburgh Airport. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and the owner was so helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a lift when I was leaving. Facilities were excellent. The podika has completely original decoration celebrating the beauty of nature. Every need you could possibly have has been catered for. Best place I've stayed in Shetland out of the 5 places I've stayed in the past. Will be back again.

This is a work in progress at the moment but that does not detract from the experience and I have stayed in very luxurious places many times and not been treated so well or with such care and kindness. All the people I met were wonderful and could not do enough. And my room was immaculate, warm and really comfortable. The hospitality was exemplary and it was a lovely stay that I really enjoyed.
