Located 25 minutes’ drive from London Stansted Airport, the Holiday Inn Express Harlow is enclosed by various shopping and leisure facilities. Everything was perfect and value for money. It’s the only hotel in the town center and close to all local amenities. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are the most generous, helpful, kind and polite. Although, everyone was so helpful and kind but I would especially like to mention and recommend Emilia, she is one of the best and she has helped me whenever and whatever I have asked her, so thank you so much for everything.

We loved everything about this place, the very responsive conversations with Alan prior to arrival, we felt a warmth and cosy welcome atmosphere. Newly decorated spacious rooms, crisp white lining and white fluffy towels….perfect! Location was perfect for quick routes into London by car or train. hotel/guesthouse was fabulous value for the price. Shame there was no cooked breakfast but the simplicity of help yourself when you want is a nice touch.
