This place is truly unique with a large spacious and well appointed studio apartment/bungalow in the back of the host's garden. You have your own garden space, bungalow and further up the garden they created this replica mini Irish pub which is yours to use as well with pool table and dart boards. Quite an amazing and unexpected experience. Superb friendly hosts, with lots of recommendations and extremely helpful with any requests.

Easily one of the best beaches we've been to in the UK.
Easily one of the best beaches we've been to in the UK. Everyone seemed friendly and there's a nice mix of restaurants and shops. Not loads, but a quieter town was what we were looking for. Close to St Ives but such a gem in its own right.
Salt restaurant serves the best brisket burgers and everything seemed an easy walk from the train station if you don't fancy driving.

Hayle has a slightly run down appearance at first, but don`t let that put you off! It has a charm all of its own and once you discover its hidden secrets you will be hooked. Beautiful beach, miles of white soft sand backed by rolling sand dunes with endless options to explore. When the sun is shinning the sea is blue, the sands white, you cant beat Cornwall then. Plenty of places to eat, from little cafes, snack huts, fish and chips to more expensive dinning options, there is something for everyone, and not forgetting Philps pasty shop, probably the best you will taste, always busy! Super easy to get around, either walking, local bus etc, why not try a day trip to Penzance or better still St Ives, go by train along the coast from St Erth or use the bus instead, all really centrally located and easy to use

Hayle is a lovely place to see, something for everyone.
Hayle is a lovely place to see, something for everyone. Bigger stores, known brands on the outskirts, smaller local businesses in town. Lovely wharf side gardens with the war memorial at one end and a special tribute to Ray Liota (apologise for the spelling if wrong) one of the 9/11 firemen who went in the towers rescuing folk, singing all the way, people heard him and felt comforted. He went back in and sadly never came back out. Warrens Bakery for the original Cornish Pasty and Phelps for the modern versions. Dominos deliver to the Quay House if needed. Good beaches and holiday places in St ives Bay, St Ives Town is across the estuary from these. Godrevy Lighthouse.

Hayle is not really a tourist destination, but is a great base from which to explore the southern end of Cornwall. Hayle has good supermarkets, a small but useful shopping area with M&S an Next. There are loads of pubs and small shops, and it has its own very nice beach, with a three mile long beach a short drive away. There are plenty of places to visit and attractions to see, all within easy striking distance from Hayle

Really lovely cottage, ideal getaway for a couple. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and even milk in the fridge and biscuits. I loved the relaxing vibe of the cottage and would definitely stay again.
Great location for going exploring Hayle and other near by places like Penzance, Marazion & St Ives. From the cottage the railway station is at one end of the road and bus stops at the other, great if you fancy going out & want to drink or you don't drive.
Perfect for a cosy getaway.
It had a large free car park. The room was very nice and cosy and clean. It was close to lots of different towns, which made it a great base for travelling around Cornwall (by car). They gave us 10% off food vouchers for the restaurant nearby for breakfast
Greeted on arrival, directions to the property was very clear. The house was lovely and clean with a nice welcoming gift. The location to visit all of Cornwall is great nothing is no further than 45mins to an hour. The on site facilities are spot on.
A place for a stopover on our trip around Cornwall. The location was convenient to various shops.
The room was clean and had everything you need including toiletries and a coffee maker.
