It is in an amazing location, has easy access to the local park, and is not far from the town center. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Plenty of space for free parking.

How clean and aesthetically pleasing it was

The breakfast was brillient. One morning in the conservatory looking over the grounds and the following morning in the crooked barn. Everything you could want on the menu with table service NOT help yourself from a buffet to greasy cold bacon. First class service from all the staff. The room was large with comfy chairs and coffee table which was nice. We slept well on a comfy bed with spotless crisp white bed linen. The bath towels were white and fluffy. The shower was good and hot. All together a lovely stay. As someone who doesn't drink either tea or coffee a sachet of hot chocolate or bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated. I guess if I'd asked I couild have had one but we were in the courtyard away from reception.

Very efficient with the entry code system. Room was clean, cosy, well set out and a great size. Had a lovely stay!

Loved this quaint, comfortable motel with a super friendly staff and excellent food. The pub time with the locals was such a wonderful experience - felt like we were a part of the neighborhood. Great location just outside of Beccles that is an easy walk or catch the local bus into town.
