We went for a room with a spa pool. It was lovely to put the baby to bed and chill out in the spa in the evening. We loved the breakfast in the conservatory every day. The staff were absolutely lovely and accomodating.

Hilperton is a village with a bypass close by so itself is...

Hilperton is a village with a bypass close by so itself is quite quiet. It has a very good nepalese pub (plus restaurant), excellent garden centre (plus café) and small industrial estate with coffee shop and other interesting sheds (plus café!). Lots of footpaths in different directions and direct access to the Kennet and Avon canal. There is a local bus running between Chippenham and Frome, stopping in Trowbridge (change to Bath) which stops in the village.

Everything was excellent.

Everything was excellent. We were there to visit relatives and friends, having family who lived in Frome for many years as well as visiting a few places we have enjoyed in the past. It was the perfect place for our needs and a real 'home from home'.
