I was attending an afternoon conference and asked if I could check in before 3. The host was friendly and helpful, and allowed me to check in earlier than advertised. It's a lovely, quiet studio in a pretty garden. Great facilities and breakfast, which included homemade jam. 10 out of 10 from me.

"At first, we chose a small room with no window , and it felt a bit cramped, not knowing whether it was day or night. However, after requesting an upgrade and paying extra, the hotel promptly switched us to a double bed room with a window. We were extremely satisfied with this room - it was incredibly comfortable. If we return, we'd choose this room again! Highly recommend to chose the room have windows ^_^"

We went to the hotel before booking we loved the hotel and the garden view, we had food at the restaurant and then we decided we will stay, spoke to reception Kalpana and Raj was so helpful with assisting with the room and very friendly, more knowledgeable of the hotel and Cambridge, we had only 24hours to spend in Cambridge, they helped with places. The room was lovely unfortunately we were not able to book a room with the view but booked a family room. Very professional and lovely service. Room was good and food was good too. Lovely hotel and lovely stay. Will recommend to friends and family.
