The location of the property provided easy access to major tourist attractions and routes, Parking was provided and the staff around the property were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the property, decor, equipment and facilities were excellent. The welcome pack of of eggs, milk, fruit juice, butter, jam, tea, coffee and delicious chocolates was a lovely touch. There were plenty of places to eat close to the property. All in all an excellent find.

Very quiet and peaceful area.
Very quiet and peaceful area. Only about 15 mins drive away from Troon and Ayr. Both have lovely big sandy beaches. Great for walking the dog. As we have a dog we are a bit limited to where we can eat out. We had breakfast out every morning at Lido in Troon. They have a covered area outside the front of the restaurant with 6 small tables where you can sit with dogs. Excellent choice of food and very good service.

"The bothy" was a little gem...perfect for two,dead Cosy, nice kitchen nice lounge n bathroom & well furnished .. The hosts had some milk butter bread orange juice tea & coffee there.! Very nice .. We enjoyed fishing in the pond n tennis .. The host tipped us to visit THE SORN INN for dinner & we had a lovely meal.!

From $283 per nightGreat place to escape to the country, with stunning views of the Ayrshire countryside. I enjoyed sitting on the decking area in the sunshine and relaxing. Really lovely cottage, it was very clean, cooked with some of the herbs that the owner has planted in the garden for guests to use. Adrienne provided all the information I needed in advance and the Sat Nav took me straight to the cottage.
