Marina View Guest House is set on the beachfront in Irvine, 2625 feet from Ardeer Beach. The guest house has family rooms. The accommodation was perfect, everything there that is needed, inc. fridge and microwave, comfy bed, everything clean and very modern. Very friendly and attentive service, beautiful decoration. We would come again any time.

Set in Irvine, Harbourlights Accomodation provides a bar and free WiFi. Every room features a sea view and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Rooms share a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very kind n open staff, gave a top service to me. I will prob return, since i plan coming back again. Have freinds near by, so the location n beauty of Irvine is ideel to me. Close to Irvine’s sandy beach, the railway station and the shops, this family-run guest house is just 10 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport. We have stayed at another property owned by the same individual, and always had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. First time staying here. We loved our room!! So comfortable and clean. The facilities are fantastic too. My son is recovering after surgery, he had been isolating for 14 days prior to his operation, done a week ago. We are trying to limit contact with people, given current risks and government health advice, but badly needed a couple of days in a different environment to home for a change. I'm so glad we chose here. It's close to a variety of shops (including pharmacy, clothing etc) also two big supermarkets (Asda and Tesco) for any essentials. There are a few fast food locations nearby (McDonald's, KFC, Taco Bell) If you like that type of thing. A lovely coffee shop (Gro coffee) and some beautiful sea views are literally a few minutes walk along the road. If you fancy a sweet treat there's an ice cream shop on your doorstep (Vanilla Joe's). There really are no negatives about the location, or facilities and resources available within your room at this hotel. Already booked our return visit! I think this hotel may be our new favourite local getaway (we only live in the next town) when we need a few relaxing days away from the usual every day life scenario of work etc. I can't recommend this place, or the other location we have stayed, Marina Inn (literally feet from forementioned coffee shop and beach), if no availability here. Don't hesitate to book, you won't regret it...but you will regret leaving, and you will definitely return.

The Harbor Guest House offers accommodations in Irvine, less than a 15-minute walk from the sandy beach. Always book here for my aunt and uncle. Nice rooms and location, reasonably priced. Staff went above and beyond when my uncle took unwell. Big thanks to the lovely housekeepers and to the owner Nick for being so helpful and understanding.

In the heart of Irvine, Braidmead House is just 2 miles from the sandy beaches of the Firth of Clyde. With free parking and free WiFi, the guest house also offers fine Scottish breakfasts. Lovely hotel, breakfast was great. Staff welcoming

The Irvine Guest House is in Irvine town center, a 1-minute walk from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants. There is free wireless internet access. Booked for a wedding and the host was lovely, let me text and annoy him about getting into the rooms early and managed to get us in before the wedding which was amazing we appreciated it so much! Room was lovely and just what we needed!
