With panoramic views of the Pentland Firth and the Orkney Isles, Seaview Hotel is just half a mile from the John O’Groats ferry terminal. Everything. Staff were welcoming on arrival. Also very helpful. Room was comfortable and lovely. The dinner was exceptional as was the breakfast. Service was lovely. Would certainly stay again in a heart beat. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic breakfast with a really good selection of items. If we ever ventures to this part of Scotland again we would definitely stay here for a second time. Marvellous.

Located in Wick, 16 mi from Thurso, Burnside Cottage features a restaurant and free WiFi. Everything. The property was amazing. So up to date on all fronts. We decided to eat here too and the chilli was as good as we have eaten outside. Such a pleasure to have found this gem. As we ate in our room the service both for evening meal and breakfast was stunning. Cannot thank Burnside enough. Lovely to meet Kacey too.
