I stayed at the hotel with my family on July 23rd. The check-in process was extremely fast and smooth. After getting more details, it turned out that our assigned room was in the dog-friendly section of the hotel, and my child has a severe allergy to dogs. Bryan at the front desk showed incredible empathy and a truly human approach—as soon as I informed him, he immediately offered us a room upgrade. I wish every hotel had such professional and caring staff. Bryan, thank you once again! I highly recommend this hotel.
