Had to ask for things that were included. Hotel needs to identify target market. Children running corridors and screaming. Clean faciiites more. Misleading that there is a hot tub. Small pool and dirty steam room. Curtains let in loads of light! Way to bright!! This is major!! Light switches in room are complex and to many!
Kenilworth is a delightful lively little town with lots of history (castle, Abbey Fields, churches including a gem by Pugin). There are also excellent facilities for walking, cycling, or just relaxing. Good, reasonably priced pubs and restaurants. Very convenient for Warwick, Warwick University Arts Centre, and Stratford upon Avon, plus historical sites in Warwickshire.
Everyone was very helpful made travelling alone so much easier. The Raffles restaurant at the hotel was well organised and a good choice of food well priced. Staff were helpful when asked questions. there was parking at the rear of the property and the room was very comfortable warm, clean and cosy.
Kenilworth castle worth visiting. Informative guides, Interesting history and well kept gardens including an aviary. The whole site is perfect for dog owners with no restrictions outside or inside. All ages are catered for.
Found a good place for dinner, the Queen and Castle, very glad we did as it was wonderful and totally uplifted us from the drudgery of our hotel outside of town. Would go back to this restaurant on another visit, great staff, fab menu and really good food.
Kenilworth castle was so beautiful lovely afternoon out a must see the town has many places to eat, The kenilworth for any drink you can think up and looks like a nice place to stay to. For more down to earth but friendly the lion pub Close to larger towns /city’s to
A dog friendly hotel with comfortable beds. Great buffet choices for breakfast. One staff member appears to be managing breakfast service by himself, he was friendly and even had time to help a little boy to get some hot breakfast from buffet counter. Great location to visit Kenilworth Castle and with lots of choices of pubs and restaurants nearby. Abbey fields is around the corner, a lovely scenic place to walk the dog, the kids love the water fowl on the lake and the playground.

Really nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and was perfect for the celebration we were attending downstairs. Great positioning on the main street, everything within walking distance. The bar is great and the cocktails were of a generous measure and high quality. Simple breakfast but was perfect for what we needed. Room was of a good size considering it is in a listed building and the rainfall shower was great. Lovely.

Lovely rural location, you feel truly out in the Warwickshire countryside, but are a stones throw from the lovely village of Kenilworth with its iconic castle and amenities. It’s a beautifully maintained farmhouse but has all modern comforts and decor throughout. The family are excellent hosts!
