This family-run hotel is located in the small town of Llanrwst on the banks of the River Conwy on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, central for major tourist attractions. Everything! The breakfast was the best i've ever had in any hotel, central, everybody is extremely kind and the room was shiny clean.
This family-run establishment in Snowdonia is nestled in the small market town of Llanrwst in the heart of the Conwy valley. The in-house restaurant also happens to be the best restaurant in town. Eat here for breakfast AND dinner. The views from our room were beautiful (misty mountains, country road, horses in pasture.
Featuring mountain views, Eagles View features accommodations with barbecue facilities and a patio. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with an oven. Spectacular view from the garden. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host Len was very helpful and flexible with good knowledge of the local area. would definitely return.
Llanrwst is a small market town, has a number of shops, cafe's and takeaways. convenient for many tourist features in the North Wales are including Snowdonia , Betws -y -Coed and with a little travel the Great Orme at Llandudno amongst others.
We try to visit Llanrwst at least every other month on route to the hills of Snowdon. Llanrwst has all you need pubs & great second hand shop. We take meat home from the butchers & also visit the bakers. I’d love to Eventually live in Llanrwst.
Llanrwst is a very scenic town, especially the river area in the Autumn and the classic view of the teashop Ty Hwnt i'r Bont covered in its autumnal colours. Well worth a visit just to see that alone.
Hotel situated on riverside. Nice picturesque location gives great access to the bustle of Llandudno and majesty of Snowdonia. As a seasoned traveller when the sun is out it does not get much better than this and virtually on the doorstep.
Llanwrst is a traffic nightmare with tight bends and double parking. It has improved since the last time we visited, especially in the Square area but it still looks a bit tired and crossing the bridge across the river is scary. Plenty of good shops and eateries.
Very convenient for visiting Conwy valley and Eryri/ Snowdonia. Llanrwst itself is in a very nice location with very good surrounding scenery. Good food at the hotel and also at Y Bedol in Tal-y-Bont. Plenty of outdoor activities in area and not too far from places like Llandudno and Conwy.
