What a lovely place ! Very light and airy, exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Extremely secure padlocked gated private drive, very well lit outside areas with plenty of parking right next to the building. Easy access using lock box for the keys to be collected. Great view of extensive garden looking out on to hot tub, that was ready and waiting. Plenty of outdoor seating. We took a toddler with us who enjoyed looking at the planes taking off from nearby airport. Noise was no issue at all. planes do not takeoff at night either. Underfloor heating ensured everywhere was warm and cosy. Unfortunately we ended up leaving our large bag of art pens at the property when we left. Charlie from staycation and the owners went out of their way to get them back to us, by helping us arraigning a pick up from Parcelforce and boxing up the bag themselves. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

Very responsive, satisfied all our requests, they were nice and understanding. Perfect location for an early flight, nearby the oakwood airport shuttle ride service which will bring you to the airport for 7 quids! Amazing.

The extreme proximity to the airport makes it invaluable if you land late in the evening or have an early morning departure. My room was comfortable, and despite the road adjacent to the inn, I slept quite well. The breakfast was excellent, not included in the room price but available at a reasonable cost. You can also enjoy a great dinner in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Stayed in the best room. Room 6 with high ceilings, great little bathroom and loads of space. sweet little welcome pack of biscuits, coffee, fruit and some good stuff for breakfast. Super close to the airport.

it is very close and convenient to Bristol airport, did not realize it was a self-check-in Motel . But, all went well. room was very clean and tidy. Restaurant opened at 9am offering a wide choice of meals, plus the additional views of the golf course. Very friendly staff making you feel very welcomed.

It's very convenient for the airport, staff were great, the room let it down, as it hadn't been cleaned properly, Kettle wasn't working & no lighting outside, so couldn't go & inform staff of these problems... we slept & left.

The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light.

The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light. No connection to the internet in our room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No evidence of sound proofing and the bread was broken and VERY uncomfortable. Doubt if the stairway meets fire regulations. Poor value for money even at the prices they charge. Only positive - it was possible to walk to Bristol airport.

The pick up at 3am from the airport was prompt and very...

The pick up at 3am from the airport was prompt and very welcome. But, we recieved no help with our cases and given very little info by the staff member about the room. The room was accessed by going up a steep narrow staircase which was tricky with heavy cases. The toilet was dirty and my son found a bottle cap in his bed! In the morning we found out the staff don't work until the afternoon. Breakfast was a box of cereal and milk. No other option. Proximity to airport was perfect though.

We didn't enjoy our stay with you unfortunately. We stopped in lodge number 1 when we arrived and entered the lodge it was a mess, the carpets weren't hoovered, there were spiders and cobwebs in the rooms but there were 4 in one room (en suit bedroom) dust everywhere, cob webs on the vents and the lodge stank. Also in the room with the en suite the main light did not work the lamps had no bulbs in we had no hot water and the bath rooms there was hair dye on the floor in one and no toilet paper in the other and also mould in the shower. Alot of the furniture was either broken or ripped and covered in stains, we were also given no information by the check in staff we were given more information when we checked out then when we arrived. For what we paid we are pretty disappointed

I chose it because of it being near to the airport.

I chose it because of it being near to the airport. Room cramped and lacking in some facilities. Television not in best place for easy viewing when in bed, or sitting in a chair - there wasn't a chair to sit in. Expensive fir what was offered.

The hotel is very close to the airport, a 10-15 minute walk to it. Since our flight was at 8 o'clock in the morning, it was convenient for us. Thank you for the hospitality, coffee/tea/biscuits.
