Set in Mitcham, Katolondonhaus offers a garden. There is a barbecue and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The host Mr and Mrs Kato are super nice, the room is very clean. Everything makes me feel like home. The breakfast with generous portions of fruits which is excellent. I can park my car easily outside the property.
Rowan Park Lodge is located in London and provides colorful guest rooms and free WiFi access. London Victoria train station can be reached within 25 minutes, via public transport. Very kind and helpful staff Breakfast was very good Very clean and comfortable bedroom Near from the main road and bus station
Offering a great location opposite Colliers Wood Tube Station, Holiday Inn Express London-Wimbledon-South is the ideal base to explore Central London, just 30 minutes' journey from Leicester Square. Great location for us with family nearby. Pleasant reception staff and really good value for money
Ensuit Modern room in Morden is located in Merton. The accommodations is 6.2 mi from Croydon, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The location was good for me because of where I had to go in London. It's a short walk to Morden underground station, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
Lovely couple who runs this b&b. The house is well maintained in a quiet residential area. We were here for Wimbledon and it's convenient to get to with taxis, uber or 7 minute walk to the tram. Breakfasts are only till 9:30 on weekends so not suitable for late nights. The bed was comfortable although small but the bathroom is very small (1mx2m!).
Not an area you’d go “touring”. I’ll never go back. Wouldn’t recommend ‘park place’ Toby Carvery. all meat was fatty and the vegetables had turned to cerment they’d been sat that long. The atmosphere was uncomfortable too.
The room was very clean and the owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. They even took us to the tram station when our taxi didn’t show up. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely go back next time.
The venue is situated in an affluent suberbia , public transport is close by . For eating out would recommend Wimbledon village as opposed to Morden town , though we did find a nice Italian restaurant ,but at least we will know better for next time .
Mitcham centre has little to recommend it. Fair Green is being improved and the old clock has been renovated but this does not make up for a shabby shopping centre which features the odd bank, chain store and supermarket amongst the betting shops and chicken joints. The only decent coffee is at Ginos the Italian restaurant. The pubs one a Wetherspoon have little to recommend them apart from the low prices. The best restaurant in Mitcham is an unusual Indian called Chak 89. It is also a banqueting centre. Do not be put off by the fact it is on a small industrial estate. You go to the top floor where you will find a bar serving cocktails etc and a well appointed restaurant serving delicious Punjabi food. Mitcham Common is a great place for fishing and dog walks. The best thing about Mitcham though is that 5 buses go to Tooting taking 10 to 15 minutes. There you will find a plethora of bars and eateries to suit all tastes.
It was perfect for us, we were having work done to our house and we had no water or any facilities. We only live a ten minute drive from there, so it was perfect for early morning starts with builders. it was so quiet and peaceful, beautiful house, beautiful rooms, very nice people running it. I'm afraid that we did not have time to go places whilst we were there, but it is easy to get around,
The room was very clean and well set out
