The hotel is by far the best hotel in Leicester. Stunning building and rooms. The staff are lovely and I had a few changes to my rooms and they were so helpful. Cleaning staff were also wonderful. Very good value and the room with the bath was wonderful.

Coming from London it was crazy cheap by comparison. Room was really nice, comfortable And super quiet while also located 3 minutes from train station, great since we were just doing a pit stop overnight here... But wish we were there longer. Service was perfectly friendly and helpful but didn't have enough time to get a full opinion tbh. The whole place is huge with a load of amenities which again we didn't have time to explore, to our regret. The room itself was much bigger than advertised photos Just generally, the vibe was really nice. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower is pretty incredible.
