Located within 0.8 mi of Highcliffe Beach in Mudeford, Hoburne Beach Escape near Christchurch provides accommodations with free WiFi. Modern caravan, very comfortable king bed in the main bedroom, great location less than 20 minutes on foot to Highcliffe Castle and the sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk. Very simple check in, all details received by an email from the website as well as from owner’s mobile phone. A wonderful short break, and not too far to drive, would recommend and visit again.
Boasting a bar, a shared lounge as well as a garden, Sandhills Apartments, Mudeford is set in Christchurch, within 1.5 mi of Bournemouth Beach and 1.8 mi of Highcliffe Castle. Perfect - apartment is super well equipped - we were able to prepare a meal for 6 people including roasted veggies, the apartments are super nice and spacious and modern. Proximity to beach top.
Offering garden views, Avon Beach Lodge in Christchurch offers accommodations, a restaurant, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a bar and a terrace. Where to begin? After a long day travel, we arrived at the Avon Beach Lodge, and we were more than positively surprised. Wow! Everything looks and feels new, clean and luxurious for a lodge. The park was quiet, and you can lookout over water within a 3 minutes walk from the lodge. Contact with Gordon was also spot on. If you look for an accommodation in this area: look no further, this is your place to book. We will book again on a next journey.

Bure Lodge is an award-winning bed and breakfast located in the seaside fishing village of Mudeford, close to Christchurch. Free parking is possible on site, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout. Angela and Graham were - without a doubt - the most amiable hosts I have ever encountered. Everything was just perfect and it immediately felt like home. The room was perfectly clean and tidy, and the breakfast was all you could wish for. I can't recommend this little gem of a B&B enough. Best stay ever!
Accommodation was lacking compared to brochure and on line description not worth the £120 per night price tag ! Needed a good clean to upholstery seats also left over cleaning clothes not hygienic No towels provided not made aware ! Location though superb.
An ancient area steeped in history and smuggling stories, Mudeford has a beach, a castle, brilliant transport links, located near to Christchurch, Bournemouth, and the award-winning beaches there. Take some crab fishing gear, some money for a visit to the pub on Mudeford Quay or walk to Christchurch and feed the pigeons, swans and ducks at Christchurch Quay. Mudeford has something for everyone.
It's a beautiful place, wonderful views of the Isle of Wight & the harbour is very pretty. Plenty of places to eat & drink, great opportunities to have boat trips etc. Could easily spend a few days there.
The beaches are unique and there are plenty of opportunities for walking Public transport in both directions is good There is a good pub ten minutes walk away from our accommodation with a varied menu at affordable prices.
We have visited Mudeford previously and were not disapointed this time. Excellent beach and coastal walks and central for visiting nearby towns - Christchurch - Lymington. Noisy Lobster on beach front serves very good, freshly caught sea food.
I live the Quayside at Mudeford. It has charm, great scenery and a decent beach nearby (Avon Beach). There is an excellent pub/restaurant (Haven House Inn) which does excellent food and real ales at a reasonable price, and you can sit inside or outside to have your meal, depending on weather. We didn't particularly like the café/restaurant on the Quayside which is bland and unappealing, and the meal cost more than at the Haven House Inn. If you want an absolutely top class dining experience, book a table at The Jetty, which is part of Christchurch Hotel and Spa. We did, and had a wonderful time on our wedding anniversary.
